Overview

The use of services provided by Followers Arab establishes agreement to this policy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood the terms below, together with our Terms and Conditions.

30-Day Refill Guarantee

All packages include a 30-day refill guarantee. If the delivered count drops within 30 days of the order date, contact support with your order number and the drop will be refilled at no additional cost. The guarantee covers all services without exception.

Drops can occur because platforms periodically remove accounts, or because users unfollow or deactivate their accounts. This is normal on every platform and is exactly what the guarantee is for.

Orders From Other Providers

The refill guarantee covers only the quantity delivered by Followers Arab. If the same account, post, or link has received followers, likes, views, or comments from any other website, store, or panel — before, during, or after your order with us — we cannot separate our delivery from theirs, and we are not responsible for refilling any drop.

Placing an order with another provider for the same link while our order is still in progress can also cause our delivery to stop or appear incomplete. In that case the order is considered delivered, and no refill or refund applies. To keep your guarantee valid, do not order the same service for the same link from another provider until our order is completed.

When a Refund Applies

• The order could not be delivered for a reason on our side.
• The service was unavailable after payment and no suitable alternative was accepted by you.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as account credit if you prefer. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 5–10 business days.

When a Refund Does Not Apply

• The submitted link was incorrect, private, deleted, or belonged to a different platform than the service ordered.
• The username was changed, the post was deleted, or the account was made private before the order completed.
• The same link was ordered from another website or panel, before, during, or after our order.
• The order was delivered as described. We guarantee delivery of the quantity you paid for; we do not guarantee that new followers will interact with your content.
• We do not guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have a profile picture, a complete bio, or uploaded posts, although we aim for this on all orders.

Please confirm every order before placing it. The order page checks your link before payment and warns you if it belongs to another platform or is not the right type for the service.

Cancellations

Once an order has started processing it cannot be cancelled, because the delivery is already in progress. If you notice a mistake immediately after paying, contact support right away — if processing has not started, we can correct the link or cancel the order.

Delivery Times

Most services start within minutes of payment confirmation. Larger packages are delivered gradually so that growth appears natural. If your order has not started within 24 hours, contact support and we will resolve it.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any problem with an order, please contact support first with your order number. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Opening a dispute or chargeback before contacting us may result in the suspension of future orders while the case is reviewed.

Acceptable Use

Orders must not involve accounts or content that include nudity or any material that violates the rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform. Such orders may be cancelled without refund.
